Constant change in business is inevitable, and this workshop will help you harness change positively, and manage the people issues that arise during business changes.

About your event facilitators

This series of events is facilitated by Wonder and Wander for the City of Sydney. Your expert facilitators for this session are Steve Pirie and Martin Nally.

Steve Pirie, a passionate entrepreneur and pilot who spends time bringing ideas to life across different sectors. Steve has founded a number of successful companies- the key, he believes, is to be excited and motivated by change. Steve is a talented creative strategist who activates change and encourages people to think outside the square.

Martin is a passionate HR practitioner for 30+ years, spanning experience across large organisations including Coles Myer, Mayne Health, Kraft Foods. He also founded HRAnywhere, before selling this business to AB Phillips.

Martin has extensive experience in the areas of change, negotiation and mediation. An accredited mentor with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Martin also lectures for the University of Melbourne.

This is the fifth workshop event in a series of 5 focused on helping entrepreneurs and business owners to innovate and evolve as part of the "Doing Business Better" series.

This workshop series fuses practical learning and inspirational content designed to leave attendees with strategies, tools and actionable ideas that will add value to their business.

"Doing Business Better" refers to continuous improvement: innovating, upskilling and doing better by customers, workers and the environment It also refers to connecting with those in the know, and tapping into the latest data and insights to inform future decision making.

To assist our communities increase social distancing recommended by health authorities, we're making some changes to this event series. This event will be delivered virtually, and registered attendees will be provided a link to join the event via their computer from the comfort of their own home.
