Sessions will be a maximum of 20-25 minutes

Terms and conditions
Library team members will assist with basic support with library technology, library databases and apps, and as detailed by the Australian Government's Office of eSafety's Be Connected program including:
basic device use including smartphones, iPads/tablets, laptops and computers
basic app/software program use including web browser, word processing, email
basic internet searching including keyword searches, navigating websites, bookmarking favourite websites
basic email assistance including creating an email account, accessing your emails, sending/receiving, attaching documents to an email
basic online safety including creating strong passwords, useful eSafety websites
basic online forms including searching for the right form, navigating online forms
how to use Be Connected website and access the free online courses.
Our team members are unable to assist customers with support for tech issues including, but not limited to, more in-depth issues including:
job applications
online training courses/inductions
school, university or TAFE course or homework or completing assignments (e.g. university/TAFE)
completing online forms outside of the Be Connected module
intermediate or advanced-level computer, device or software training
buying and selling online
building websites
banking, finance and legal documents.
