The Prince Consort, historically the epicentre of Fortitude Valleys 'Irish Town', is celebrating all things green, white and gold with 2022's most authentic St. Paddy's Day Party on Thursday, March 17, kicking off at 11am.
The historic hotel will pay homage to the infamous Prince Consort Hotel publican Ida Murphy and Brisbane's Irish community with a lively day of entertainment including live Irish bands, pipes, roving performers, traditional Irish grub and of course god's nectar... Guinness!
Meanwhile, guests can get an authentic taste of Ireland with traditional Irish fare such as Beef & Guinness Pie, Bangers & Mash with Guinness onion gravy, All Day Breakfast with Black Pudding, Grilled Black Pudding with Flambeau Jameson, and Mumma's Homemade Irish Stew.
