Australia Oriental Martial Arts Tai Chi Inc is a non-profit organisation based in Melbourne who have been teaching tai chi since 2018.
Tai chi has improved the health and well-being for many who have participated in their classes. Now They are introducing free tai chi classes to the city community with Ms Wendy, a world-renowned martial arts champion.
Classes run every Saturday except during school holidays; bookings are essential via email.
